I have gestational diabetes so I was hoping to get the only no-sugar added option they had. It was empty and had ran out. Guy tried an option next to me. It was also out. The two selections next to our two were also out. All of their fruit toppings were out or nearly out. The workers didn't seem concerned by any of this. I found out why they have such a low review.

UPDATE: And now, you Menchie employee, are lying. No, I never got any. We ended up leaving because you had none and went to a different yogurt place 15 minutes away. Wow, the audacity that they would reply to my comment with a lie. Despicable.

Came here today at 4:49 pm 10/14/2024 the cashier lady told me that they were accepting only cash , and while she said that she was swiping other customer’s credit card. She only said that because it was busy, so if not whats the point of swiping other customers credit card ? If you are only accepting cash. We left with disappointed , and also because we had no cash. It is just annoying and unrespectful to kick customers out with excuses that they are not accepting cash , when she was swiping other customers card, she only did that because it was busy with lots of high school students inside the store , we weren’t even eating inside.

I gave a poor review due to the fact we are sitting here waiting for them to open and it's 10 min past opening. The employee is wiping things down which is great, however, we serve ourselves so just open and continue to clean. She just kept looking at us as though we are crazy. We have to be somewhere so we didn't have a lot of time to wait.

The place smells horrible like body order. Staff is rude and unatenitve. Everything is stickey or not clean. The actual frozen yogurt is ok but for everything else just don't bother coming
