Thats the lamest and worst thing excuse you can give for having your employees treat your customers the way they treated us. Your response gives them the ok to continue to treat people of different skin color. I wish I would have recorded the incident. Your response would have been much different.Jay provided the most horrible customer service one can receive.We arrived there at 4:20pm and she started cleaning up and putting up all the chairs and tables so we couldn’t sit. She said that at 4:30pm they put them up and we can’t use them because she already cleaned them.She forced us to stand up and told us we could not sit.I asked for the managers information. She responded and she said we can look it up online. I then inquired if the manager would be available the following day and she was hesitant to give me the managers name.Feel free to reach out management.Perhaps if our skin color was different we would have been treated better like the family before us.

This place is a great place to bring kids and friends. It's a fun experience to get to make your own ice cream choices and toppings and paying for how much it weights. I don't get why so many people think so poorly of if.

Love this place ! But management must take care of the air conditioning vents and change a/c filters. Vents are full of dust and filthy

We have been a frequent customer at this place for a while now. However, we had an unpleasant experience today with Gaby, one of the employees. She could use some improvement in her customer service skills, especially when dealing with young children. We hope that the management will take note of our feedback and work towards improving the overall customer experience.

We are new to the Katy, TX area and glad we found a place with Vegan options.. However, not a big fan of “Sorbets” (which is what they normally offer as the non-dairy option) Would be great if they offered a Vegan ice cream or yogurt on a Regular Basis (in addition to a Sorbet. We did get lucky one day & caught the Cake Batter Vegan yogurt, which was really good**Also, the other comment about doing a better job with cleanliness and emptying the trash is actually correct.. we noticed it as well. The OWNER should set expectations.. and store Manager should enforce those standards

Very filthy. Floors dirty, area all around is just dirty. Looks like no one cares about cleaning, employees just standing around on phones and talking to each other.
This location was dirty and poor customer service, barely was greeted but I did enjoy the ice cream, will read the reviews next time

Disgusting ? went during the week with my kids and bathrooms were horrible looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks smelled like gas station restrooms. The floors in the place looked nasty. Never going back

Wow just wow I have good things but I went in tonight and the place was dirty the glass doors were dirty the floor sticky the workers were rude and pushy no kinda thank yous going on here I get it it's busy but I think if you have a couple more people working things would probably be better don't get me wrong the yogurt is good but I am not coming back to much of bad vibe for me I have never felt more unwelcome.

It was my first time trying this place and the kids loved it. They really enjoyed the whole experience of selecting their own toppings. However, I was a little disappointed in how dirty this place was. It was hard to really sit down and enjoy our frozen yogurt because every table was dirty.

I took my girls here on our mothers Day day they love frozen yogurt. The atmosphere is so beautiful and clean and bright. The yogurt is amazing they have so many choices of toppings! My kids love that they can choose anything. The cashier was friendly, and when it was slow, she kept herself busy cleaning.
