Caesar’s salad is in a nice size bowl, hand tossed... with next to zero flavor. Blah. Paid extra to have a “protein” added - was told they have grilled shrimp which actually were just cold boiled shrimp. French bread is toasted and makes a nice vehicle for the roasted garlic which is no longer on the condiment table.In a global pandemic where everything is shut down... and companies are vying for a fraction of the original market...a brand like Newk’s should be striving for excellence, something extraordinary... rather than mediocrity.

One of my favorite places to eat lunch, I eat here at least twice a week. If they are not delivering to my office I will drive there to get food. I always get the Greek salad and Margherita Pizza. Always fresh and tasty, always great customer service.

I had a salad. The local favorite. It was great. I ate half for lunch and had enough for a whole salad 2 hours later. It was cheaper than Salata too.
Newks is a quirky place that has good food and fast service. Shrimp pizza was spot on as were the pepperoni and the meat pizzas.Food came out hot and fresh. Great place for something different or for quick take out. We will be back here.

Let me tell you I am deciding to write this solely based off of I think it’s Jacob the GM outstanding customer service he’s in the position he is in for a reason and I want to thank him for providing the most exceptional customer service today. I was so upset I order off for Uber eats and I ordered from this restaurant about a week prior to ordering today on August 23 and my pizza just was not how I wanted it to be. I quickly went to Uber eats and complained and then I thought let me actually just go to the restaurant of course I ordered on Uber Eats for convenience but I wanted to hopefully get the chance to get the order that I actually wanted. As i just love the 5 cheese pizza so much. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by Jacob up and he turned my frown upside down and I just am glad that I was able to encounter him today.
