We had the Italian experience without leaving Katy. The food, service and atmosphere were fantastic. The host/owner not sure if he was both was amazing, he walked us through the menu, helping us make wine selections and making recommendations when ever we needed. Truly amazing.

Palinuro is a charming little spot in Katy that gives us a great Italian dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with an authentic vibe that made us feel like we’d stepped into a small trattoria in Italy.

The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell the staff takes pride in making guests feel at home.

We booked Palinuro for a rehearsal dinner and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail exceeded our expectations. We used the back room for approximately 54 guests and it was so nice to have a private space to celebrate.

The food and beverage was authentic Italian and delicious. The owner and manager take great pride in their cuisine and it shows. Every meal option was terrific and they were so helpful developing...
