turn the a/c on when you have reservations for a party of 18. it's 100 degrees outside, we are sweating sitting down. also please make sure your waiters and servers are there BEFORE the party arrives, not 20 min after we are seated. waiting for you guys to come do your job and waiting with no A/C unacceptable. unprofessional. service was also mediocre at best. food was alright but not under those conditions. we had to bring our own fans, ridiculous.
What can I say ??!!! Best customer service great food price are reasonable clean and nice environment …Gloria’s it’s the best !! Sundays are the best time… food it’s fresh and with lots of flavor ..!
