Team was outstanding today! So happy and cheerful on probably their busiest day ever!!
Was trying to use a coupon that was emailed to me and was told that I could not use it and left me standing at the counter with no explanation.
Customer service is awful! If I understood why the email was incorrect I would understand but no explanation other than we are not taking it. I have contacted corporate to file a complaint, because it is not about the $22 but not it is about the principle and the way I was treated.
