Absolutely love this spot! I tried the Thai Milk Tea with both grass jelly and coffee jelly, such a fun combo with great texture. The real star, though, is the homemade Philadelphia cream cheese topping. It’s rich, creamy, and perfectly complements the tea. You can really tell it’s homemade. The vibe at Penguin 64 Boba Café is super cozy too & adorable penguin theme and a chill place to hang out. Definitely coming back for more!
