This place was great! Our first time here and it’s definitely the best Pho restaurant in the Katy area. Our waiter recommended the garlic steak pho, it was incredible. The dumplings were perfect with all house made sauces as well. When the waiter actually takes time to talk to you, and you can see the pride he has in the food at his parent’s restaurant, there’s nothing better. We will definitely be returning!
I’ve been coming here for a minute and I understand that they are short staffed but I came in Monday with two of my friends and I ordered the shrimp Chinese soft noodles and when my order came out (it took a long time my two friends had gotten their food 15 minutes before I did) it was chicken and with some weird skinny noodles and I’ve ordered this same plate here before so I know what it looks like and when my waiter handed it to me I told her oh I ordered shrimp not chicken...
This is the best pho restaurant I’ve tried in Katy area. The flavors are really authentic, not greasy at all, and everything feels very clean.
The fried spring rolls here are really unique — they just have a thin crispy layer on the outside, and the meat filling inside is super fresh. I’ve never had fried spring rolls this fresh and healthy before. My mom and I are planning to come once a week to try different dishes.
