Chef Lynn, Chef Erika, and the entire staff at the Cross Creek location were absolutely AMAZING! I placed a large order for 31 items via the group link and everything was prepared to perfection! To start off, Erica was extremely great answering my questions and helping me maneuver the website beforehand; then, she tagged Chef Lynn for execution of the orders. 🤣 Each item was labled perfecfly, all condiments accompanied each order, and they didn't forget the drinks or silverware. Great experience at Piada! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean, and my meal was prepared quickly. I especially appreciated the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Piada to anyone looking for a delicious, quick meal
