This location always makes mistakes on my order and never answers the phone for carry out orders forcing me to go to the location farther away on Mason and Westiemer. If you live in between go to the other location. Thank me later.

The store is closed down..no sign on door about closure and which surrounding pizza hut would take our orders I called the number of the store on Mason it did not say that the store was closed or that my call was being forwarded to another store finally after someone answered the phone I gave them my order they told me to hold on and I waited for almost 20 minutes for that person to come back on the li'ne ...so I was on my way to pick up my pizza and then when I got there no cars out front..doors locked ..very upsetting ..the least they could have done is put a sign on the door and tell you where to call to order a pizza or let you know what store you're calling and where you need to go to pick up your order ...very very poor business practice ??

Absolutely baffled by all the negative reviews. I buy from this pizza hut all the time and have never had a bad experience. Staff are great and friendly, food is always hot and delicious. Their mozzarella sticks are literally my favorite mozzarella sticks of any restaurant.

Picture on the left is supposed to be a pan pizza, but it’s a hand tossed. When I brought it to the workers attention, he stated it was the way they make their pan pizza, then proceeded to show me some dough in a pan that looked thin. I got home with both pizzas and the other pizza was 1/2 Sup. supreme, 1/2 pineapple and black olive. Got home and there was no black olive on the pineapple half. I swear, EVERY time I come to this place they screw up my order. I called and told the guy my daughter worked for Pizza Hut for 2 yrs and when she saw the so called pan pizza, she said they didn’t proof the dough long enough so it would rise. He then proceeds to tell me that he knows more than my daughter. Well, look at the pictures and decide for yourself. There’s no way the pizza on the left is a pan pizza. I’m done with this place, they can’t read simple instructions

We have been ordering from this location for close to 15 years now. The employees are very nice and respectful.However, the order was nearly an hour late (as per the estimated time on your app). The pizzas and wings were cold and, it was missing the drinks. We had to go to the grocery store ourselves to get drinks after the order was delivered... making the point of having a delivery service from you, worthless.I do not totally hold this store responsible for this, as I am sure they were very busy. But better communication on the timing of the delivery, at the time the order is being placed, would be much more fruitful to your customers, resulting in a better understanding of the service expectations.I had also asked the Door Dash delivery driver (Carlos L.) where the drinks were at the time of the delivery, and he told me that they did not give him drinks in the order. I then called the store and asked about the drinks and was told that they HAD been given to the Door Dash driver at the time of pick-up. Thus, making me feel like this was somehow my fault or problem... rather than just apologizing immediately and dealing with the service issue on your side. This does not seem like something that needs to be argued with the clients, as I am NOT the one who chose to use Door Dash for the delivery. I used your app directly, NOT Door Dash.The order totaled $139.62, and the driver got over $20 in tip. There seems to be no way to rate the delivery driver himself after the order is delivered. Also, feeling pressured to give a tip prior to receiving the order and no way to alter that after the fact, is crazy.The manager at the store did offer a store credit for the drinks for next time, which I thought was very nice and I am thankful for that. However, some sort of compensation for the lack of communication on timing of the order and poor quality of the food and delivery issues would be nice.I fill out these surveys often but never here back on them. So, I am also going to post this on Google, as I would like to hear from someone other than the store, as this is more of an issue that is out the hands just the store itself.

Great location.
This location is always over an hour wait for delivery so order ahead of time. The food is mediocre at best when it finally gets to you. Use the westiemer parkway location if you can, they actually have enough staff to get you your food hot and ready like it should be!
