We have been ordering from this location for close to 15 years now. The employees are very nice and respectful.However, the order was nearly an hour late (as per the estimated time on your app). The pizzas and wings were cold and, it was missing the drinks. We had to go to the grocery store ourselves to get drinks after the order was delivered... making the point of having a delivery service from you, worthless.I do not totally hold this store responsible for this, as I am sure they were very busy. But better communication on the timing of the delivery, at the time the order is being placed, would be much more fruitful to your customers, resulting in a better understanding of the service expectations.I had also asked the Door Dash delivery driver (Carlos L.) where the drinks were at the time of the delivery, and he told me that they did not give him drinks in the order. I then called the store and asked about the drinks and was told that they HAD been given to the Door Dash driver at the time of pick-up. Thus, making me feel like this was somehow my fault or problem... rather than just apologizing immediately and dealing with the service issue on your side. This does not seem like something that needs to be argued with the clients, as I am NOT the one who chose to use Door Dash for the delivery. I used your app directly, NOT Door Dash.The order totaled $139.62, and the driver got over $20 in tip. There seems to be no way to rate the delivery driver himself after the order is delivered. Also, feeling pressured to give a tip prior to receiving the order and no way to alter that after the fact, is crazy.The manager at the store did offer a store credit for the drinks for next time, which I thought was very nice and I am thankful for that. However, some sort of compensation for the lack of communication on timing of the order and poor quality of the food and delivery issues would be nice.I fill out these surveys often but never here back on them. So, I am also going to post this on Google, as I would like to hear from someone other than the store, as this is more of an issue that is out the hands just the store itself.

Never order from the Pizza Hut at 803 S. Mason. Their delivery is so slow, it will be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour late. They are the worst.

The deep dish pizza crust was fresh, crispy and buttery. There was plenty of sauce, cheese and pepperonis. The pizza was hot when it arrived.

I decided to give this place another try since I was craving some stuffed crust pizza as a cheat meal. HORRIBLE MISTAKE. Delivery time was quoted to be less than 30 minutes, it took over an hour. The pizza arrived lukewarm and the crust tasted like it was fresh out the microwave. I ordered a “pepperoni lovers” with extra cheese. I got a regular pepperoni pizza. Cut was horrible and very uneven. $41 for this pizza, a 2 liter, and tip. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Breona the store manager was very pleasant. Sometimes we don’t get the same hospitality we get that we would receive in person over the phone! She was extremely pleasant, she took the time to make sure she got my order correct and I appreciate that!!! She takes her job seriously and that is very rare now days! Thank you Breonna for making me feel like special!
Best. Sometimes contract with Door Dash. Sometimes use in-house delivery. Tip accepted in the app, so no cash needed. Contactless delivery at the door. And everyone is so Texas style friendly.

If I could rate 0, I would. 30 mins after my scheduled arrival time I called the store. The man said it was left at the front door. I asked him why someone would just leave food on the ground. He said he was actually the one who delivered it. He said there was no answer from my Ring doorbell. I don't have one. He said he knocked on my door. I have a burglar bar gate; he couldn't reach the front door. I also have a glass storm door. As soon as I placed the order, I opened the front door so I could watch for them. I guess he came when I was in another room as I didn't see him. I have no idea how long it sat there but it was stone cold. I do have a working doorbell. This makes me wish I had a Ring.As an addition, on 2 previous occasions we ordered 2 large pizzas for carry-out. When we got there to pick up, they had "forgotten" to make one of them.After over 20 years I'm done with them. Everything changed after the "pandemic".

Ordered a pizza for my Grandsons sleep over. Pizza was cold and the only explanation I got was oh the driver drives really slow. Talk to the manager Brianna she was rude but said she would give me a refund. This was August 26, 2023 Still haven't received a refund yet. I have called the Customer service line twice with no results yet. I used to be a loyal customer of this particular Pizza Hut but,They seem to have new people and a new manager Brianna who was so rude to me so, as a result of my experience I will no longer go to any Pizza Hut

This is shockingly bad, even for Pizza Hut. Arrived cold, overcooked with minimal toppings and sauce. DiGiorno or Freshetta frozen pizza is better at this point. Save your money and your tastebuds and get your pizza elsewhere.
