I was there 1/12/25 Sunday and it was very unpleasant experience! There was no hot chocolate, so then I asked for coffee and neither and asked for any other hot drink and they didn't have a single one. Shortly after we asked for banana empanadas and they also said “we don't have any”; But even more, terminals ate what we ordered and charged us $10 more than the bill. The waitress who never smiled or made an effort to make our experience there a good one, tells us that the prices of what we ordered were wrong on the menu (she is Venezuelan), but that is incorrect and I wonder if anyone of you who told me read, know if it is against the law. And what should I do to get the extra charge refunded and a free meal set aside for my time and the great inconvenience they caused us.

Don't go to this place, terrible service, the food arrived after an hour apart, the food is ugly and to charge they are good, the tip is already included when you pay, look closely at the receipt
The food is good, the customer service is bad, the waitress asks you. Bottled soft drink and they ask you to go get it, you order pupusas to go, they deliver it to you packaged and they don't give you the sides or sauce, and they honestly don't make you feel good

All their lives they give the wrong things. It had happened to me before and I always let it go. But you order takeout because maybe you don't have time to cook and today was the last straw. I placed an order and I come home and it turns out that I am missing food. And the worst thing is that they charge you for everything but they don't give you the entire order. Terrible staff.

I arrived early for a TooGood To go order and they didn't hesitate to greet me with service and a smile I even went back to my car for something and she came rushing out my food for me and invited my kids to play and gave them some little treats. Amazing food and sweet people!
