The few times I have been to this place the attention from the owner is terrible, he always has a bad attitude and reluctantly serves customers, he gets upset if you ask him about the combos (when they are the ones who publish them on their networks ) sometimes they tell you that there is no more or that it was an error on the page. It seems to me that the excessive prices and the supposed grill they sell are not worth it at all, it only has the name of a grill.

I went to the establishment after being there for 20 minutes after making my order and the guy had confirmed that if there was meat for my order he calls me and tells me no there is not going to come out your order they just tell you that and they offer you something that you don’t want I think it takes logistics and seriousness I saw how someone else arrived and if they attended him and sold him what I had ordered dissatisfied I do not recommend it nor would I go to that place again.

I ordered a roast shredded beef arepa and I asked if they had roast and he said yes and an order of Tequeños... I arrived at 6pm, got out of the car and smoked a cigarette while they finished opening and cleaning the place. I sat down, looked at the menu, and someone came up to tell me that the fryer was useless and they couldn't prepare anything fried. I decided to order something simple, I went up to the window and said I wanted to order and they didn't pay attention to me. I sat back down, lit another cigarette and continued waiting, then I approached the window again to order and they didn't pay attention to me again because they were focused on refilling the sauce containers. I sat back down and lit the third cigarette. I smoked it, got up and left. When I was walking to my car, an employee approached me and asked: why hadn't I ordered? From the arrechera I responded badly.
How can someone sell food, see their first customer of the day and not serve them? There were no clients anymore, only me. I only went to that place because they recommended it to me and it wasn't even necessary to eat to rate them. 40 minutes of waiting for nothing.
Recommendations for future clients:
