Renee from NYC here. I am following up on the post made by Cory McCauley. I did indeed fly to Houston to celebrate my birthday, and I requested BBQ. When Cory said that we were having BBQ from Roegels, I was beyond thrilled! Roegels has been on my list of BBQ places to try. When I found out that despite being closed for a private party, the staff at Roegels was willing to fulfill our order, my birthday wish came true! The food was absolutely delicious. Best BBQ in Katy!!!! ❤️Amazing food, great brisket, delicious mac and cheese made the right way, and a wide variety of things to choose from! Also the stuff is very nice they go above and beyond!

If you haven’t been to Roegels BBQ, you are missing out. This is a family business with two locations(so far) and I just happen to live across the highway from the one in Katy. The brisket is moist and flavorful, and the ribs are always tender and juicy. One thing I don’t know if he gets enough credit for would be his sausage. They make some amazing sausage and quite a few different types. All this being said, the BBQ is amazing, but if you haven’t been in on a Thursday...
