Scooter’s keeps proving that they don’t lose customers because of bad coffee, they lose them because of bad service. Today I ordered a blended matcha with strawberry cold foam. Simple enough. I get to the window and they hand me a drink with the strawberry blended in instead of cold foam. I ask about it and get, “Oh we blended it in, is that not what you wanted?” No offer to fix it, no “sorry about that,” no “let’s remake it.” Just a shrug and that’s it.
The drink wasn’t what I ordered, so I tossed it and went somewhere else. And that’s the story here: it’s not that their coffee is terrible, it’s that the customer experience depends entirely on who’s working. One location nails it and treats you well, the next can’t be bothered to remake a wrong drink. Coffee is a ritual for a lot of us. If a shop can’t get the order right and won’t even try to correct it, why come back?
Scooter’s could genuinely shine if they tightened up training and empowered their staff to fix mistakes instead of brushing them off. Until then, it’s just disappointment in a cup.

Came through the drive thru to get my wife a coffee. They were very friendly. They even gave our dog a treat. I was disappointed when I saw them open up a pre packaged sandwich and put it in a warmer. But when I got home and took a bite I was actually very surprised. It was very good. I dont drink coffee, but maybe ill have to start trying!

Love the coffee and breakfast. I’ve tried plain black coffee and some espresso blends , as well as breakfast items. All 10/10! And the staff is always very friendly. Will definitely make this a weekly stop for me!

My experience at scooters was one of a kind. Their service was fast, employees welcoming, and food delicious. I got a blended caramelicious along with a maple waffle sandwich, and I have to say, scooters most definitely beats other coffee shops out there for sure.
