Donuts 🍩 I usually go to Shipleys you know what to expect it's pretty good. Only complaint is the register person needs to listen better. I was telling her then she walked away and came back with donuts I didn't ask for. I'm glad I'm patient. The Donut's didn't survive my to kids. Go early get'em warm.

Shipley’s Donuts is always a great stop! The donuts are fresh, soft, and delicious every single time. You can really taste the quality, and everything comes out hot and perfectly made. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly — they greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome right away. It’s rare to find a place that consistently nails both the food and the service, but Shipley’s does it. Definitely one of my favorite spots for breakfast or a quick treat!...

The food is good but the 1 star is for the frappe which was delicious the last time. Frappe with lite caramel was my order but bitter frappe no caramel is what I received. When I called to get assistance they explained that they are all pre-made and that they are not able to provide any solutions. I asked if the manager was available and was told that it was her day off. I don’t think the staff should take any blame but the manager needs to develop a strategy for her precious...
