I had a wedding cake cupcake, a lemon drop, and paid for a drink. First of all the cupcakes are overpriced and bland, lemon drop does not taste like lemon, taste like too much vanilla, the wedding cake is over frosted and did not taste fresh at all.

Cupcakes are cute but not worth the money. The chocolate with vanilla frosting was hard, dry, and the frosting was really sweet. The chocolate with peanut butter frosting was ok. The lemon drop was a vanilla cupcake with a tiny bit of lemon gel or something in the middle, and the frosting was sweet and barely had Lemon flavor. The cupcakes are sitting out in the open, and the associate behind the counter just stayed on her phone.

If i could leave 0 stars for my experience i would I worked here for a week, they fired me without notice for no exact reason, ignored my message and calls for days to make it seem I didn't show up. Ran very unprofessionally and need better owners. !

One of the student who are in my lunch brought in some cupcakes from one of your guys locations and they were DELICIOUS. The cupcakes was so moist and the frosting was made perfect and it didn't disappoint. I will definitely be visiting soon.

The absolute perfect cupcakes. They're big and so flavorful. They're incredible moist and have a lot of icing (I love the icing). My husband doesn't care for the icing and he still loves these because the cakes are big. These are our go to for any celebration!

We purchase SmallCakes from our Longview location often. Katy, you guys need to step it up! You're way too light on the frosting (it should cover the entire top of the cupcake), there was barely any cream in the middle, and they were extremely dry. We took these to a family event and were terribly disappointed.
Poor communication. They either never respond to messages or contact you a week plus after you inquire about a speciality cake. The cake was subpar at best. Never going back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My disappointment has been through the roof. Their lack of care for the customers has been egregious and unforgivable. My friends birthday has been memorable but not for the reason you might think.We ordered 6 cupcakes and did not receive them all and did not get a refund. The staff said that they called and texted but they never called and they only gave a minute to respond to the text. Not to mention, they tacted on extra fees. What was supposed to be an amazing night was a horror story unfolding. Never did I imagine I would be a victim of such degrading treatment.

The cupcakes are very good , however the ice cream situation turned me off and we opted to go somewhere else for ice cream. The young lady kept dipping the ice cream scoop in that small sink of dirty water and putting it back in the ice cream. My thoughts are just run warm water on the scoop and replace that water. It was probably there all day.
