One star for service. I’ve been sitting here baking in the sun in the drive through for over TWENTY MINUTES! I’ve been at the window staring at the side of this young lady’s face for the past 5 minutes, still sweating in the sun… no acknowledgment that I’m sitting here or that they have my drink ready that was ordered nearly half an hour ago. I worked at smoothie King in college and can see they have at least 3-4 employees inside right now. There’s zero reason it should take this long. They have zero hustle and need to get some.

This location is the best, Alayah is always so helpful with all of my smoothie needs!! Also, I see some reviews complaining they didn’t take a $100 bill. This is posted on the drive thru and inside and has been for as long as I can remember! This is a great location and doesn’t deserve the 1 star review for something that is already posted around the store!

This visit was very disappointing, I had to remind the cashier that today was upgraded Friday. Once I received the smoothie some of the ingredients was all over the cup not wiped off. I started sipping on my Slim n trim green mango. The taste was horrible it tasted like straight powder from the container. This was a unpleasant experience especially when it is the closest store in my area.
