It’s Starbucks normal. There is nothing wrong with the store. There is nothing wrong with the staff.
I gave a poor rating because I find it peculiar that they can accept my money/card without the “C” being a concern but they won’t give me access to the sugars and straws because of “C” concerns. The napkins are immune to the “C” germs…as you can see these are easily available to everyone.
