The Kolache Factory offers tasty kolaches, which are fresh and can be heated upon request. The staff is friendly and the drive-thru service is fast. However, the restaurant could improve the cleanliness of their packaging process and update their card readers to include tap-to-pay technology. The drive-thru speaker's volume could also be adjusted for easier communication. Despite these areas for improvement, the restaurant provides a generally positive experience for its customers.
