I just wanted to leave a comment regarding the excellent service I received at the Starbucks I visited today. My Barista (Carmen) was not only very fast with my order, but had it made perfectly and with a very positive and friendly attitude. Often you have to deal with people who view the customers as a burden - but that is certainly not the case at this location.
There was an old man on December 8th at 7:30 pm to 8:15 pm who sat in the corner, next to the pickup countertop. He was pointing his phone’s camera towards people, looking at his screen and then looking at the people he faced at and then back his screen smiling as if he was taking pictures then he was typing on his phone smiling again. He pointed his camera at me as well and did the same thing. I felt really uncomfortable and left the location.
I come here more frequently than I would like to admit but the baristas here are great! They take initiative to get to know their customers and I haven’t been in but maybe 1-2 times without getting a Welcoming. Every time I come in everyone is super nice. There are times when they are really busy but mobile ordering makes it so easy to just grab n go
