Please give me extra if im paying for it.... I got a caramel ribbon crunch with extra drizzle and extra topping and it looked like there was barely any than the normal amount. I used to work at Starbucks and idk whats going on lately but my drinks are nevr good anymore

I just wanted to leave a comment regarding the excellent service I received at the Starbucks I visited today. My Barista (Carmen) was not only very fast with my order, but had it made perfectly and with a very positive and friendly attitude. Often you have to deal with people who view the customers as a burden - but that is certainly not the case at this location.

There was an old man on December 8th at 7:30 pm to 8:15 pm who sat in the corner, next to the pickup countertop. He was pointing his phone’s camera towards people, looking at his screen and then looking at the people he faced at and then back his screen smiling as if he was taking pictures then he was typing on his phone smiling again. He pointed his camera at me as well and did the same thing. I felt really uncomfortable and left the location.
