Normally I would recommend this location but this morning was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went in to order and did so. 40 minutes later I still had not received my order so I went up to cancel the order because I had to be somewhere. When refunding my order, the person at the register did not refund my full order and I did not notice that until I got home. Einstein Bros. Bagels offers great bagels and pretty good food with a lot of menu choices. The bagels are great, though the coffee needs work and often comes out inconsistently. The service experience varies. Many find the staff amazing, welcoming, and excellent, with quick and efficient service, especially from management. However, the service can also be very slow. The restaurant is often busy, and the drive-thru is busy enough. It is clean from the outside. Ordering is done through the mobile app, online, or via a shared phone line, as it is a franchise. For big orders, it is best to go in person, as pickup orders can sometimes not be ready on time. Prices are a bit steep. Many customers are satisfied and plan to come back to try the pastries and bagels or continue enjoying the great food.
