“Drove through for a party pack of those crunchy tacos. It was a quick stop. Friendly and fast service.The tacos were excellent. The tacos were fresh. No tummy issues, but they've been that way for decades.One other thing no one mentions - the napkins actually wipe and not smear the food around.“

“PLEASE SEAL COMPLETELY CLOSED THE DRINKS WHEN SENDING DELIVERY ORDERS WITH UBER EATS AND GRUBHUB DRIVERS, SOME OF THE DRIVERS ACTUALLY DRINK FROM CUSTOMERS DRINKS WHICH HAPPENED TO ME TODAY. I HAD TO REQUEST A REFUND ON MY DRINKS. ALL RESTAURANTS SHOULD ALWAYS SEAL TIGHTLY CUSTOMERS DRINKS EXACTLY HOW YALL SEAL THE BAGS CLOSED WITH STICKERS!! THAT’S ALL I’M ASKING. ITS NOT SAFE BY ALLOWING DELIVERY DRIVES TO FILL PERSONALLY CUSTOMERS DRINKS THEMSELVES.“

“The food was absolutely delicious. This Taco Bell is far better than the Richmond location. The service was amazing, especially the little girl that helped me out in the drive thru with the the brown hair with gold necklace and braces, give her a raise! There was something missing from my order and she immediately fixed it! Overall amazing service, I will definitely recommend coming to this location?“

“Came here recently for a late dinner, food came out great and didn’t have to wait too long for it. One of the things I like most about Taco Bell is the order kiosks inside as I can easily order without having to worry about any miscommunication.
The one thing I will suggest is continuing to decorate the dining area and having workers regularly clean it (removing scraps off tables, taking trash out, etc) as it makes the environment more welcoming to customers. As someone who works in fast food, people will come back to the establishment when they feel comfortable.
Don’t be turned away from the majority of the negative reviews, just remain patient and kind to the workers as working fast food isn’t as easy as most people think it is, especially for people who haven’t had to work in that kind of environment. Keep up the good work! 👍👍“

“We came to this location. The jeep ahead of us took 10 mins to place his order. Then when we went to pick the mobile order then the window lady told us it’s not ready and park at the front. There we saw that guys here inside are joking and wasting time. And the cooks are slow and nasty and basically not efficient. The guys left their vehicles and went inside begging for their order. This location needs to be closed and manager fired. The board outside the location“
