Went to Taco Bell for the first time. I was very impressed by The team member Malcom. I placed my order on that digital pad and he asked me if I wanted my cup and I was very impressed when he called me by the name that I put on that iPad. That’s awesome. He must be a supervisor or a manager because it’s rare these days thank you, Malcolm.

This place has greatly improved since i was there last. I guess it's under new management. Best Taco Bell in Katy. The food was delicious & fresh. Only 1 problem, when they wrap your food up, you have no idea what's inside because they don't mark the wrapping. So, if you're trying to separate everyone's items, you have to unwrap each one & kinda guess what is what.

Love this Taco Bell. Always make their food to a proper size never skimpy on the portions. Very welcoming crew that works in the evenings . Always make sure they take it that extra mile to ensure a happy customer.
