We came to this location. The jeep ahead of us took 10 mins to place his order. Then when we went to pick the mobile order then the window lady told us it’s not ready and park at the front. There we saw that guys here inside are joking and wasting time. And the cooks are slow and nasty and basically not efficient. The guys left their vehicles and went inside begging for their order. This location needs to be closed and manager fired. The board outside the location
Went to Taco Bell for the first time. I was very impressed by The team member Malcom. I placed my order on that digital pad and he asked me if I wanted my cup and I was very impressed when he called me by the name that I put on that iPad. That’s awesome. He must be a supervisor or a manager because it’s rare these days thank you, Malcolm.
This place has greatly improved since i was there last. I guess it's under new management. Best Taco Bell in Katy. The food was delicious & fresh. Only 1 problem, when they wrap your food up, you have no idea what's inside because they don't mark the wrapping. So, if you're trying to separate everyone's items, you have to unwrap each one & kinda guess what is what.
