Perfect lunch. Food was sweet. We had the General Tso chicken, Kung pao chicken and Cashew Nut shrimp. The Cashew Nut Shrimp was very delicious and sweet. Almost dessert like.

Just ordered Bun Bo Hue and very disappointing that it only came with sliced beef and broth.Don't eat this, if you already eat the original Bun Bo Hue, you will get disappointment same as me as well. They should either remove this out of the menu or do the same as the original one.

I waited 30 minutes for my order and they brought the wrong plate. When I said I was not going to pay for it, old lady there tried to take away my plate, probably to serve it to another customer, even though my used fork was in it. Gross!

Ordered seafood noodles fr Katy tan tan, NO NOODLES included! skip this location, bellaire location much better food wise.Ordered salt n pepper calamari and quality is poor over breaded , oily and overcooked.Peking duck has no flavor. had much better duck at basic Chinese grocery meat butcher at bellaire.expected decent quality for tan tan, but 1/10

Service is a great and food is better! The orange Chicken is so good! I live 40 minutes away and drive all the way just to eat here! The green beans, egg rolls, short ribs, it’s all so so so good! I even brought a friend in her 60’s that has never tried any sort of Asian food and she really didn’t want to try it, she devoured it and called all her friends about it!

If you're looking for the best Chinese food you've ever had. You've found it. They deserve a much higher rating! I hate that we almost didn't give it a chance. What we got: Spicy garlic chicken Curry tofu Curry & roti (MUST TRY) Vegetable spring rolls Don't get me wrong we LOVE Indian curry. But I think their customer base needs to understand the difference. Their curry is delicious but not all curry is the same! And thank goodness because wouldn't that be boring. We had to return for the second time in 1 week because it's just that good!

Craving a late lunch adventure, we ventured to Tan Tan Wok in Katy and, sure enough, did it hit the spot! The Snow Pea Leaf in Garlic Sauce was a symphony of fresh flavors, perfectly capturing the essence of spring. But the real stars of the show were the Salt and Pepper Pork Ribs - crispy, flavorful, and utterly addictive. And let's not forget the Walnut Shrimp, each bite a decadent dance of textures and tastes. To top it all off, the service was warm and attentive, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying lunch in Katy, Tan Tan Wok is a must-try! Just be warned, you might end up wanting to go back for dinner

The food was amazing the service was excellent and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend the seafood noodle soup and the duck noodle soup!

I go here 2 to 4 times a month for a family of 4, as thier food is good. I spend 50 to 90 a visit. So my last visit there was a 10.50 item incorrect. I wanted fried rice and not rice soup. They very bluntly said there was no way to correct it and there was absolutely no way to get fried rice switched or thrown in. I'd have yo place a new order for 10.50 plus tax and wait. They are usually very busy so I doubt they will care but they lost 400 to 200 a month from me over something they could have very easily fixed at little to virtually no cost to them. Enjoy the food and hope there are no mix up with what you order.

Tan Tan Wok is probably the best spot for family style Chinese/Vietnamese food in Katy Asia Town. The service is quick and the ambiance is casual. We ordered their spicy garlic chicken, eggplant w/ basil, stir fried beef flat rice noodles, house special rice cake, and white rice of course. Everything came out piping hot with that smoky wok flavor from how hot their burners get, some call it "breath of the dragon." Our favorites are definitely the house special rice cake and eggplant w/ basil though for sure, these are MUST order dishes. While Tan Tan Wok is the same owners as Tan Tan in Bellaire, something about this place just isn't as good as the original Tan Tan location. It definitely still itches the craving if you're wanting pretty high quality Chinese/Vietnamese food. But also just be aware that the prices here are slightly more than the Bellaire location as well. Luckily, the portions are big so come hungry and with a big group for sure. Enjoy!
