Taqueria la marianita's is a food trailer located at a fueling station. The food is authentic Mexican & it is DELICIOUS! Tacos were too good to stop eating, and the menudo had plenty of tripe in it. The food was AMAZING, with big portions for a great price. Tortilla tacos are handmade if requested, and the machete is great and real big. Delicious Michoacán-style tacos are freshly made, and the salsas are simply amazing. While waiting, customers often get a complimentary small cup of charro beans or frijoles charros that are really good. Staff are super friendly and kind, and orders come out quick. Outdoor seating only, with a covered area and a huge box fan to keep the humid air moving. This is definitely one of the best taco stands in Katy. Overall 9/10.
