They're just a minute's walk from my house, but I don't recommend them at all due to their arrogance. It seems they haven't learned that loyal, regular customers should be valued. The customer service was terrible—zero out of 10.

I LOVE this place! My brother introduced it to me, and he has been a pastry chef for over 20 years. He knows his tools. I started purchasing my cake boxes, trays, pipping bags, etc. They have it all. If there is a cookie cutter you are looking for, they have it. All sizes, and colors of what you are in need of for great presentation will be found here. Including edible paper is done here too. My pastor wrote his latest book and I went ahead and had them print out a picture of it to put on his launching cake. It looked soo cute and he was surprised by the gesture. Also, the prices are great! You will have a great experience here and the service is super!

I was able to get the edible image I needed, and the employe that helo me was really nice and polite since the beginning. But the owner ZULMA COLMENARES was the total opposite. You can can tell the owner is so very uneducated and rude. The item I ordered was not cut, so I asked I could use her scissors and be standing on the side of the checkout to do it, she refused in a very ugly way. By the way, this place doesn’t ask for copyright paperwork to print out registered brands, they can easily get suit!
I came to this store looking for Ateco piping tips which are overpriced on Amazon. I found all sizes but one for which the owners helped me find a close match. They were very friendly and helpful and I picked some additional items I was looking for. I came on Friday at around 4 pm, and there were a couple of other customers, but when I was leaving there was a line at the register. I will come here again for friendly service and great prices.
