2475 hwy 6 Houston Texas 77077 Order 331 I told the barista it was my first time and that I needed some help choosing a drink. I was hoping for something similar to an iced caramel macchiato and was open to suggestions. She completely ignored my request, offered no guidance, and didn’t even make eye contact. Trying to break the tension, I asked if she was having a rough morning—no response. I asked if she disliked her job, and she finally said, “No, I love it.” I replied, “It doesn’t show.” Not the kind of experience you want when trying a place for the first time. It set a terrible tone for my morning, and I won’t be returning.

Their website will not show you the menu unless you are ordering, but you can only start an order if they are open. Well I work from 7 pm to 7 am, but I'd love to see if there is anything on the menu that I might want to try on my days off.

I did manage to go to this location once when I was picking up from Nellis across the highway. I had a breakfast sandwich combo, but I wanted the 2 for 6 deal that was showing on the phone. The drive thru girl said there was no such deal even though my phone gave me the option to use the deal at this location. I was already ordering at the drive thru and did not have the time to set up the online stuff.

So how was the food? Not bad, but about the same as getting breakfast at Burger King. Can't see any reason to come back here unless they let me view the rest of the menu.

I prefer to support American businesses. So I avoid Tim Hortons. Besides that, they are one of Canadias top polluters and they have a reputation of underpaying and underappreciating their workers.

Quit pretending to be Canadian. There is nothing Canadian about you. Not owned by Canadians. Product not from Canada. Get that fake branding off your garbage products.

Went to Tim Hortons and asked for a bacon egg croissant no cheese. The lady said it would be a six minute wait & I said that’s fine. I go to the window to pay the girl hands me my bag so I think nothing of it since it wasn’t 6 minutes. I get home & they decided to just give me a sausage egg croissant. That is ridiculous that they just decided to change my order without confirming with me or even telling me. Horrible…

Tim Hortons has delicious coffee and is cheaper than Starbucks. The employees were very kind! Even adjusted the AC for us as it was chilly inside the store. The menu is limited compared to the Canadian stores, but it is definitely worth trying for the coffee!

⭐⭐⭐
I visited this Tim Hortons in Houston to relive the amazing experience I had at Tim Hortons in Canada a few months ago. The coffee tasted just as good as I remembered, and I loved that you can choose exactly how much milk to add—such a nice touch!

Unfortunately, the chocolate chip muffin was disappointing. It was dry, lacked flavor, and seemed like it had been sitting on the shelf longer than it should have.

The menu also has some differences compared to the Canadian locations, and I definitely prefer the Canadian options.

While I’ll absolutely return to Tim Hortons when I’m back in Canada, I don’t think I’ll visit another Tim Hortons in Houston.

I’ve stopped by here multiple times for multiple items and they never had them. I usually pass by between six and 630. The line is always empty, but I can never order anything because of their supply of items. I would also like to say that customer service isn’t that good either.. I won’t be stopping by here ever again

Stale food and donuts. Order a coffee that was supposed to be hot, but it wasn't. Drive-thru was a long wait with no customers, but my order took a minute.

It was also the wrong order.

Everything was good, but I picked some donuts and she didn't give me the donut I picked. I checked this when I got home. This is not the first time

I usually enjoy Tim Hortons. Today was a letdown. I ordered an iced tea, which unfortunately tasted like black coffee—possibly a mix-up. On a positive note, the beef sausage croissant was really good. I hope this was just a one-time occurrence and that future visits will be up to their usual standard.
