Long overdue, this place is great!!!! If you think $138/person is expensive, then their quality will change your mind. The food is tasty and the service is top notch. I will definitely visit you guys again if I am in the area.

Be aware that if you are bringing a big group of ppl or you are coming with family/friends planning to eat from the regular menu and not the all you can eat sushi everyone has to eat from one or the other. We went here to eat with my family today. Three of us had plan to order food from the regular menu and the only person that planned for all you can eat sushi was my husband. They did not allow it, they said if one person was ordering all you can eat sushi we all had to do the same. We ended up all ordering the all you can eat to avoid having my husband sit at a different table. We won’t be returning to this restaurant, neither would be recommending it. We have been customers for a while but some of the things on the menu have been removed.

This restaurant is beautifully decorated, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The cold sections offer an amazing selection of sushi, and all the dishes I tried were incredibly tasty. The portions are small, so they’ll be enough for you, unlike other AYCE restaurant that can make you feel overwhelmed and tired to finish.

The staff is friendly and always asks if you need more food. They’re well-trained and attentive.

However, the hot food was a bit disappointing. I tried the steak skiwear and grilled short ribs, but they were overcooked and had an unpleasant oil smell. The restaurant also has an oil smell similar to that of fast food restaurants, but it’s not a major issue.

Overall this is the best choice when you think about AYCE sushi restaurant

Absolutely love the Prime AYCE menu! The selection is incredible, the otoro, chutoro, amaebi, and everything else are top-notch. I really hope they keep this menu, but if there are any changes, I’d love to see even more A5 wagyu, it’s my absolute favorite! The sushi quality is consistently amazing, and I’ve already been here several times. It’s quickly becoming one of my favorite spots, and I gladly make the drive from the inner loop just to come here.

The service has been great every time, and even on slower nights, the fish has been super fresh and high quality. Can’t wait to keep coming back!

Very good food and service, also beautiful presentation and restaurant. Kind of hard to get to so i think that causes less traffic. Reccomend

This place felt different. It wasn't just a meal; it was an experience, thanks in large part to the owner's incredible warmth and passion.
The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish tasted like it was made with immense care. I had the bluefin; it was so fresh it practically melted in my mouth.
What truly set this place apart, though, was the owner. Bing was genuinely welcoming and took the time to talk to us about his journey. It wasn't just a business for him—it was a craft he truly loves.
If you're looking for an authentic and heartwarming dining experience, this is the place. It’s more than just great food; it’s a place with a soul. I can't recommend it enough.

10 stars.

For sure the best AYCE sushi experience in Katy. The food was top notch, fresh, and well beyond the $25 lunch pricing.

Service was attentive and very friendly. Owner was walking around greeting everyone and all the servers were super helpful and fast and efficient.

This restaurant was already a hidden gem in Katy, but with the AYCE option it’s a game changer. Can’t wait to try their dinner menu!!!

Sushi Prime AYCE is a true hidden gem! The fish is always incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and far better quality than most AYCE spots.

One of the highlights is the owner himself whenever he’s in the restaurant, he makes the effort to check on tables and chat with guests. It really shows how much care he puts into the place, and it makes the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.

Oh and the most important thing- Their drink menu is also such a delight very cute, creative, and surprisingly delicious. Highly recommend if you like to drink, it’s definitely a comeback place!

I went to Twenty Five Teishoku House for the first time for lunch and was completely blown away! Lunch was about $25. The food was incredible, and I was so surprised at how delicious everything was. The restaurant itself has a great vibe and the aesthetics are really nice, which makes the whole experience even better. I will definitely be back!

I was really excited to try this place for lunch since I kept seeing them advertise their AYCE. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. My husband and I stood at the hostess stand for about 15 minutes with no one there to greet or seat us. During that time, both waiters on the floor made eye contact with us but never acknowledged us—not even a quick “someone will be right with you.”
Another man walked in about 5 minutes after us and also stood there ignored. After realizing that no one cared we were waiting, we decided to walk out. We even let two other people who were arriving know what we experienced, and they also ended up leaving after being ignored.
Really bummed, because we were looking forward to trying this place, but first impressions matter—and this one made it clear they don’t value their customers’ time.

Twenty Five Teishoku House is truly a warm, thoughtful restaurant—quite a rare find these days! The salmon, oysters, and sweet shrimp are incredibly fresh, and the plating shows so much care. The service is also really attentive, and what’s nice is that the owner greets every customer as they’re leaving. It’s such a lovely spot overall.

Exceptional AYCE sushi experience!

The sushi here is incredibly fresh and high-quality - you can taste the difference in every piece. Despite being all-you-can-eat, they don’t compromise on ingredients or preparation. The owner even came by personally to check on us, which really shows they care about their customers.

The unlimited soft shell crab alone is worth it for me!

Fresh fish, perfectly seasoned rice, and genuine hospitality. The lunch price also makes this an incredible value. This place is a gem - highly recommended! 🍣

We’ve been coming here since the restaurant first opened and it’s been a joy to watch the menu evolve over time. It’s rare to find a true Japanese bento-style restaurant, and we’ve really come to appreciate it.

Recently, they introduced AYCE for both lunch and dinner, and it has quickly become our favorite option. The sushi is consistently excellent, beautifully presented, and always fresh. We also love the wide variety of dishes available, which makes every visit feel new and exciting.

The owner often takes the time to visit tables, chat with guests, and genuinely listen to feedback. It’s clear how much effort is being put into making this place special. We’ll happily continue to return and support them!
