HORRIBLE FOOD AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We ordered delivery from here interested to try a new place. We eat lots of Indian and Pakistani food so I know good quality from bad. Each container I opened was sitting in a pool of oil and grease. It was unappetizing just by appearance. I did try each, and they tasted like oil and little to no flavor. I called the restaurant to explain the situation and my dissatisfaction. Although I was very calm, he immediately became combative with me and told me I would need to ring the food to him and that Pakistani and Indian has oil and grease, and that is perfectly normal. Sorry not to this extent. On top of that, the delivery arrived an hour later than anticipated. This should not take 2.5 hours to deliver. I should have read the reviews first to find all of the 1 star reviews. Last thing they sent a menu with the delivery for a Colombian restaurant. Apparently, there are 3 restaurants in 1 place. That's a red flag right there!

We are vegetarians and when checked with the front desk person is there a vegetarian separate restaurant as described in website, he said same dining for three restaurants but three separate kitchens inside a small room which was covered totally. Also showed me only one menu card for all the menu of three separate restaurants not separated at all..Skeptical me asked can I just have a sneak peek into kitchen from outside itself to make sure it’s separated, he said with super rude tone that this isn’t a million dollar business to show you proof. Of course, no wonder it would never be one!! Or even one by three.

Worst quality food. We ordered vegetable Biryani and found chicken pieces in it!Chapati was not even roasted. It was just dough. Curry had a lot of food color beyond the safety level a person can consume.We had stomach upset after eating this food.

I walked in to order my food. One gentleman was standing in front of me paying. No acknowledgment no greeting. Another man walks up and pays still no acknowledgement. He completes his transaction and another man walks in from outside. I try to order my food and the old man behind the desk tell the young working the register to serve that man first. I walk out and leave. Let’s say if you are not Indian you don’t get any service or a man.

It was confusing arriving at the place and finding out that Veggie Heaven is located inside another establishment, rather the menu of the main establishment has a section called Veggie Heaven, but it was very good.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for vegetarian food. Bad quality food and small samosas are very salty and paneer tikka masala was too sour, bhindi masala was not even cooked. Also the place was not clean. There was food scattered below table.

We had veggie food and everything was low quality in preparation and taste. Would not recommend this place to anyone for vegetarian food.. definitely not “veggie heaven”
I asked for no cilantro on any of the dishes and added that it would make me ill. There was still cilantro on two of the dishes, the garlic naan bread and the garden patch vegetables. I called to inform them and he told me to "just take it off ma'am. You can't take cilantro off of bread and dig around in vegetable with sauce to dig out cilantro, that was the purpose of the note. Will definitely not order from this place again. Not even an apology.

The owner just gave me this, after I placed my order. He knew I was starving, and this DEFINITELY saved my day. Also: the potatoes and spinach is delicious and lifesaving! Rice is thoroughly cooked.
