This store gets my order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. No exaggeration when I say EVERY TIME! Someone needs to hold upper management above a store level accountable for not being able to deliver a consistent customer experience.
picked up an order Saturday night and neither the window lady or the manager was wearing gloves!!!! I watched him put our food in the bag without gloves!!!!! the woman at the window just threw the ketchup on top of our fries again with no gloves!!!! I will never eat at this Wendy's again. If they cant be clean when a pandemic is happening how you think they keep it clean when there isn't one!?!?!?
