Yummy Quan - Hu Tieu Nam Vang

This is some of the best Vietnamese food in Katy! Sadly, we won’t be dining here anymore. Each time we come during lunch, service is horrendous. Food takes forever, drinks are forgotten, and there just isn’t enough wait staff on the floor.

Today was the last straw. Husband’s food came out cold while mine didn’t come out at all until he was almost done with his. Drinks came at the end of our meal. The server’s reason was that it got too busy. This was our 6th time dining in for lunch and each time, the same thing happens. Full house - 1 or 2 servers on the floor and making drinks with lackluster service. There are just too many other places in Katy Asia Town to endure this sort of underwhelming experience.

This is the first time trying this restaurant. We were so happy and surprised that the food was outstandingly delicious. Five star service. The employees were so welcoming and best service. Highly recommend this place.

Hard to find good viet food outside of Bellaire and this place really hit the spot. Everything we ordered was really good and authentic. Their fish sauce was so good. Banh xeo was massive and crispy. Definitely going to be a regular spot for us now!

Have attempted twice to come at the Google Maps stated opening time of 10:30 AM on a Sunday. First time they were still closed. Today, we were able to chat with a worker who said they open at 11 AM on Sundays and have been trying to change their web info accordingly. I’ve gone ahead and edited their opening time and the Google team is reviewing.

Unfortunately no posted times on their window that I could take a picture of, just anecdotal data and an FYI to those who read the reviews.

1st time here, the banh xeo is super huge and crispy. The mi go was delicious. Will be back for other delicious.

Came here on a weekday & tried the combo…Bun mam, hu tieu, sugarcane, & thai green iced tea..delicious, fresh, and hu tieu noodles was nice and chewy perfect!. The waitress was very polite and thoughtful to let us know she also gave us an extra bowl to share our food. Will need to try their banh xeo & banh khot next time

I'm very picky when it comes to Vietnamese food but this place definitely deserves 5 STARS!
The food here is amazing. I ordered Bun Dau, Banh Xeo, Banh Khot, Hu Tieu Nam Vang...Everything was fresh and came out perfect!...very friendly service and the place is clean. Highly Recommended!

Amazing chicken rice! Perfectly juicy chicken, well-balanced fish sauce, and fragrant rice. Everything was on point. Great portions and authentic flavors. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend!
