Its very hard to get great customer sevice now a days but James made my day! From greeting me with a smile and asking how my day was going so far! Keep up the awesome work James!!!
Fries were cold and tasted old. Called but manager was not very nice and refused to replace the fries. I'm 74 and have eat at McDonald's since they opened years ago. Never again will I eat here.
