Schlotzsky's. Its good, pretty fast, the 2 I have been to are clean. Neither one have had good customer service. This one, when we walked in they were sitting at a table on there phones. No greeting, just got up and walked behind the counter. It was 10:30/11 so not a busy time but I don't know just rubbed me the wrong way.

Parking can be a bit tight, but it's adequate. Recommended dishes include the Advocado Turkey and Fiesta Chicken sandwiches, and the turkey bacon sandwich meal.
