“Schlotzsky's. Its good, pretty fast, the 2 I have been to are clean. Neither one have had good customer service. This one, when we walked in they were sitting at a table on there phones. No greeting, just got up and walked behind the counter. It was 10:30/11 so not a busy time but I don't know just rubbed me the wrong way.“

“Working from home one day, we were super busy, & I didn't have time to fix anything to eat. I tried to order thru doordash (DD), but DD canceled my order multiple times, so I called the restaurant a couple of times and spoke with Karen; I believe she is a manager. As busy as they are, she worked with DD to finally get the issue resolved, & I was able to place my order. She even threw in a brookie for me for having to wait. She was professional, extremely helpful, and kind. I greatly appreciate her help in getting the situation fixed so that I cd place my order!
