Tonight they were short staffed and very busy, but when I order food if it takes longer it should definitely be right Nothing worse then getting all the way home after paying for something and it be wrong. Wrong to the point to where you can't stand it. I do not eat mustard or ketchup so I ordered mayo on my burger, got all three. Please all we ask is you pay attention to what we ordered, I'm OK with it taking a bit, and I'm not going to drive all the way back because I'm scared of what might happen as so many of us are.

This has got to be the slowest location in johnson county. Went for breakfast and waited in the drive thru fir 10 min with no one in front of us and they screwed up the order.

Was in line for 20 minutes and the guy couldn't keep up with our order! Get to the window to pay and after about $40 in food we try to pay with $100 dollar bill and they guy can't take it! You mean to tell me at 4 in The afternoon you haven't made 60 dollars in change to give back to us back!! My kids where hungry and this isn't the service I would expect from a popular food chain. These guys here are overpaid and I'm happy to leave and eat some place else!! Terrible experience I won't be back here!

Every time I come here and get the sweet tea it tastes sour and old. They aren’t changing it out like they should be.. the food is decent, some days it’s way better than the other times.. they don’t put condiments in the bag or offer any (I sometimes forget to ask, which is mainly my fault.. but I would still put some in the bag) .. over all its really just the sweet tea that ruins everything.
Vegetarian options: I don’t know if anything here is vegetarian .. I don’t this so.. maybe the tater tots and the sodas. There’s really nothing that states vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: They don’t really have much food wise .. everything is used in the same oil and only have a small amount drink wise ..
Parking: They have the order ahead stalls, menu stalls and then a bunch of empty stalls.
Kid-friendliness: They have a tiny playground
Wheelchair accessibility: The have like one spot on the very end but sometimes the manager or a carhop will park there.
Never had issues at this Sonic. Food was good and exactly how I ordered it.

Ordered 12 corn dogs and they acted like they were put out by it. When we got the dogs they weren't cooked crispy like they usually are. The carhop wasn't very friendly and I tipped her twice as much as my order was.
