As a lover of Hawai’ian foods, I can say this spot is premier. The meats are delicious, and it’s one of the closest places I’ve eaten at on the mainland to authentic hawai’ian plate lunches—which makes sense since the chef is from Hawai’i. They even have gravy, which I’ve not found at any mainland place. It’s so unusual to find a place like this in a random Texas town, like Keene. I have never been to Keene until today as I was picking up a tarantula and beforehand I had looked into places to eat and found this place and having grown a taste for Hawaiian food since visiting the islands, this was a no brainer. The food portions will fill you up and the quality is good, both of the people there who I assume are the owners were very friendly. I recommend this to passersby, visitors, and residents
