This is my favorite place to go for a treat. My favorite thing on the menu is the Jackhammer. I always say I’m going to try something different that my family raves about but when I get there I gotta do my favorite. They make the Jackhammer for me perfectly every time which isn’t easy. For me, the combination of ingredients is to die for. I have been coming to this location regularly and the one in Grapevine near where I work. The guy from the Grapevine store transferred to Keller and the improvement in service is noticeable. I highly recommend the frozen custard here. It’s addictive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got one of their caramel apples today and came home to find it was a totally rotten apple. When I’m paying close to $10 for a caramel apple I expect it to be fresh and edible. Very disappointed.
Update: I originally had a 1 star but the customer service was amazing and very helpful! They definitely have made it right. The care for the consumer is very appreciated!

At night shift On August 27, 2025, I had a really disappointing experience here. We ordered a banana split, but the girl at the counter charged us for a double banana instead. Her attitude was extremely rude, which was very upsetting. All the other staff I’ve interacted with in the past have such a nice attitude they’re polite and explain things kindly if something isn’t available. But this girl was the opposite.
We simply asked for a normal order double banana and banana split something I order everywhere else without an issue. Instead, she messed up the order, charged for double banana, and only gave us one banana, not even in the correct cup. It honestly made no sense.
If she doesn’t want to work, she shouldn’t be treating customers poorly. The owner really needs to pay attention to how employees are behaving with customers, because this was flat-out rude. I understand people have moods, but you cannot take it out on customers. If someone doesn’t want to work, they can just go home. you can clearly see in the picture. I’m posting doesn’t have a two banana on it, but why did she charges two banana?
This was a really bad experience, and I hope management takes it seriously.

It's sad to see the service decline when making the jack hammers. I ordered a small jack hammer with heath and chocolate fudge. There was basically no candy in the cup, and barely any hot fudge plus she did not fill the cup with ice cream. It was only filled 2/3 of the way. Jack Hammer means the inside filling should go down the center of the cup and it never does anymore. The topping never goes half way down the center anymore. It's like they're putting a dollip of topping and sitting it on top of the ice cream. There is no jack hammer. Cutting corners to short change customers? She was working the store by herself so maybe that had something to do with it as well. This has happened to me over and over the past year so I am leaving a review about it. Time to start making them at home like everything else restaurants eventually screw up.
We had an order of 5 create your own concretes. We had numerous modifications and add-ons. The girl working the drive thru came out to take our order, didn't write a single thing down, and our order came out correct, and incredibly quick! We love us some Andy's and will definitely choose this location in the future!
