Absolutely our go-to spot in Keller. The food is consistently top notch. Above anything else is the service…especially Brittany behind the bar or wherever are lucky to find her. She sets the tone and creates the atmosphere that makes a restaurant more than ‘just a place with good food.’ Always a smile on her face and looking not just to serve you but to get to know you. Our family loves Ice House and highly recommend.

To be completely honest, I went to this restaurant expecting a nice meal and a warm environment. However, upon walking in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, phenomenal customer service, and amazing portion sizes. The prices were great compared to the amount of food we got, and what stuck out to me the most was the customer service. Whether it was ordering with the cashier to the area around me being cleaned, the employees handled their jobs very well. I am blown away by their service and will definitely be coming back.

Listen, Ice House is great, but the service I had during my experience was just amazing. Owen Finley was very sweet, funny, and understanding. He made my experience tonight. I made a few mistakes while ordering and he helped me with grace. He cleaned our table, bussed our foods, and put smiles on our faces. I had the catfish, churros, and fried zucchini. The portion sizes my table and I had were enormous for the prices. The catfish was decent, the fried zucchini savory, and the churro's were delightful. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Specifically tonight 5/30/26 whoever was cooking this evening deserves a major raise!!!! My father and I eat here four times a month. We rotate between our own favorites on the menu. Tonight I had the Smokey Bacon Burger for the umpteenth time. A solid burger ….. but tonight ….. tonight that burger tasted 5 times better than any of my previous orders. So Kudos to the team cooking tonight !! Appreciate the love you put in your food!

Ok hear me out. I LOVE this bar. The environment is good the drinks are great. We’ve never had an issue here however tonight we did. I noticed the bartender MULTIPLE times scoop ice using the glass cups. Then she started counting the registers in the food area (which shame on management for keeping her so busy) however took her about 30 minutes and she was the only bartender. There were 2 bar backs but they couldn’t make drinks while she was busy. We ended up leaving simply because the bar was without a bartender.

One of my favorite places to hangout! Food is amazing, especially the brisket quesadillas. Beer is always ice cold. Brittany always provides the best service! Place is always clean and everyone is super friendly.
If it wasn't for the cheap drinks, I wouldn't recommend coming here. Service was poor, got ignored so the person behind the counter could finish their conversation with a coworker first. Food tastes mediocre, burger patty is really small in comparison to the bun, and it looks like someone man handled my bun before I even got it. For the price of the meal, its not worth it. Try another place.
