A few months ago this was a 5 star for every topic but tonight...wow.The place was FILTHY! Filthy. Not a clean table in the entire place. The condiment area was disgusting. Ketchup, sauce, crumbs. Gross. The lids were off both sauces, no napkins, no straws, no drink lids. The fountain machine has what I pray was chocolate smeared everywhere. FILTHY! Then our order was wrong and missing half the items. I've never had such an awful experience at Braums and it was empty so it wasn't because they were busy, at all. I can't wait for Haltom to open back up even when they had cars wrapped around the building and a full dinning room everything was clean and the food was right.

And every time it’s wrong.This time I ordered a brownie fudge sundae add recess and subsisted vanilla ice cream for a different kind.Well I got no brownieNo nuts that come with itAnd vanilla ice cream.Love that.I use to work in food for 10 years I get that stuff happens but this has been everytime. And this time was 3 things wrong not 1

I went through the drive-thru and I ordered the number one combo with no onions or tomatoes. I was quoted one price. when I got to the window it was $3 more and then I got my food. I had onions and tomatoes on it. the fries were cold and my drink was watered down. very
