Had great music playing, great customer service and great management. I was given the wrong burger so I brought it up to them and they gave me a side of the pimento to fix the issue. Truly wonderful experience and thank you for y'all's hard work! Keep up the great service y'all rock! ??
Braum's has always been a hit or miss experience for my family. This is true of multiple locations. During our most recent visit part of our order was wrong. The french fries are perfectly cooked while the burgers were dry and toppings very minimal. One sandwich was missing its second burger patty.Services often very friendly but sometimes indifferent.
