Horrendous experience with the call center. Did not seem to know what pizzas were available in the local franchise. Would not let us use a gift card. Was not able to get it straightened out at the store because it was already paid for and they don't carry parmesan cheese anymore. Service just isn't a priority.

I’ve got to give a shoutout to Jerry, the GM at Domino’s. Every time I’ve come in or ordered, everything’s been spot on. You can tell he really cares about the customers and the way the place runs. It’s refreshing to see someone who actually takes pride in their work. Food’s always hot, service is quick, and Jerry’s just got a way of making you feel welcome. He’s doing a great job over there.

Placed an order at 4:15pm on a Saturday. App quoted 18-30 minutes for arrival on my doorstep. At 4:49, my order was still in “Prep.” At 5:10, no progress. I called the store to see what was going on and the girl who answered said it was about to go in the oven. I asked when I could expect it to be here? Her response: “I have no idea.” When I asked what are my options, because at this point, we’re going to be out the door when it arrives and have no time to eat it. She said “I dunno, I’m not the manager.”
So, the app isn’t accurate on quoting process times. Keep that in mind when ordered and God forbid you have to get help with your order.

Ordered on Labor Day. After the pizza, delivery charge, taxes and tip, the total on my receipt came out to 43.53. To my surprise when balancing checkbook today, they charged an additional 5 dollars to my account as now it states 48.53. I call the location who told me I needed to call another number. I did so, left a voicemail, and nothing, yet. Check your receipts and charges to ensure they are not taking your money without knowing. I'll update this review once I am called back and I am refunded. Shady business or shady employees. Avoid this location!!
canceled my order on 7/22 so they could close 20 minutes early???? i put my order in on time and was very disappointed.

Wanted to try the New York style pizza shown on TV commercials. You know the one. What we got was NOTHING like what is advertised. Not soft and delicious at all. Just a basic pizza. Will not be returning here. Dishonest advertising.

Sometimes the Philly Steak pizza is a hit or miss, but whoever the guy that closed Thursday night, Jan. 5th, made the pizza very well(has made great pizzas before too) and he’s a nice guy.

Absolutely horrible company ran by horrible people who don't care about anyone but themselves. Pay rate is ridiculously low for the amount of work expected unless you're in a higher executive/leadership position in the district, then you're paid way more than you're worth. A healthy company culture is completely lacking, and HR is virtually nonexistent. Employees who work at/for this company will post false positive reviews to websites like this one just to keep their ratings decent. This company hires managers who have no business overseeing or supervising others. I was bullied out of two separate stores by corrupt and toxic management. Even though I was a manager in training, other managers bullied me to the point where I mentally broke and threw a water bottle. These managers then called the cops and accused me of assaulting an employee, and I got sent to jail. When I was released, I was blamed for the entire incident, even though the District Manager, Store Manager, and other Assistant Managers had plenty of evidence of my being bullied and begging for help. None of them cared or did anything to help me; instead they blamed me for the incident and contributed to the bullying themselves. This includes some people in even higher positions than the DM, such as the Director of Training, who spread slander about me that I was having an inappropriate/romantic relationship with my MARRIED Store Manager. I have now had charges brought against me by the State of Texas for assault with bodily injury, have a GREAT case against this company/the girl who they let bully me into a mental breakdown, and shall be defending my name in criminal court/pursuing this company and the individuals who mistreated me in civil court. I do not doubt the capacity of each of these managers/the company themselves to lie under oath and claim they did nothing wrong, therefore, if I cannot receive justice via legal proceedings, I will be going to the media. The future of this company is a bleak one.

Easy order online and delivered in timely manner with polite delivery person. I wished I had more cash on hand to give him a tip.
