Had not been to this location in over we a year due to poor quality food and dismal customer service. It has changed… it’s gotten worse! Last visit to this location.
Just went to Keller, TX location and got a Hook & Ladder to go. Got home, started eating it and there was no meat at all. Now all the way back………
This is the closest location to me. After the one in Southlake closed. I love the Hooks & Ladder sub. I honestly prefer Firehouse Subs over Subway. I've never had a problem with the staff. I always follow the golden rule.
