What a lovely restaurant! We stumbled upon Kassandra, and I think it is a well kept secret! The salsa is legit, food was full of flavor, and our server was on her second day of work and the kindest server we have had in a while. They offer all day menu and their quesadilla are a real meal. Tortillas are made in house and great!

It's been awhile since we last ate here. The owners have renovated the restaurant with a Texas/country atmosphere complete with beautiful classic country music. There is also a big screen TV with Euro 2024 (soccer) playing. I ordered the relleno and it's homemade. I prefer to have a light salsa sauce on it vs the processed cheese topping. I don't like onions and that was the 2nd flavor in the salsa served with chips. I can enjoy salsa usually but the onion flavor...
