It must be in their new training policy to teach employees NOT to acknowledge you in the drive thru. In the past year I have yet to have someone say hi, or how are you, or repeat the order back, or thank you, or have a good day. They don’t talk. Today I ordered a cheeseburger. I was given 2 slices of bread and a slice of cheese—no meat. The drink order was wrong and none of the sauces I ordered were included.
