This was by far the most expensive pizza have ever eaten. For 3 of us, our order consisted of 2 small pizzas, loaded cheese fries, cheesy garlic bread, churros, 2 waters (free) and one Diet Pepsi & it was $80!
Everybody that works here is very very nice, but service was not great at all.
The cheesy garlic bread and the churros were good, the cheese fries were soggy, and the pizzas had great presentation, but very very bland flavor, with no seasoning.
The atmosphere is great though; they have tons and tons of large TVs. We will not be back.

Pricey, but you get what you pay for. First timers and this looks to be our go to pizza place from now on! I do suggest corporate do a cost analysis on their napkins. They might find they spend less in the long run with a better quality. We went through a lot just because they were so thin and minimally absorbent.

Courteous and kind were the employees. The pizza and sides were more then enough. The owner had time to visit us which was very nice. Plenty of toppings on the pizza also.
Staff was so sweet and the food was great!

Very great experience here at mountain mikes!! I ordered the Pikes Peak and BBQ at the ranch for my family and we loved it, I will definitely be back soon
Way overpriced! Paid almost $30 for the smallest pizza and two soft drinks. Kids were entertained by the claw machines, but they were pricey too. Our family prefers MOD pizza.

One star, and only because zero isn’t an option.
Halloween is always our family’s pizza tradition, so I ordered early (4:30 PM) for a 6:30 PM delivery to avoid the dinner rush. The order was placed directly with the Keller Mountain Mike’s, not through a third-party app.
630pm came and went. Then multiple text updates saying the pizza was “on the way”… with no pizza.
I called the store three times, each time I was told they were busy and understaffed and that our food would arrive “soon.” I was patient and understanding.
When the food finally arrived, almost 90 minutes after our scheduled delivery time, it was:
• Cold (not warm — cold)
• Wrong wing flavor
• No ranch or blue cheese
• One safety seal broken and another missing
Food safety concern + accuracy issue + timing failure.
I called and spoke to Sophie, who was kind and apologized. She agreed to remake the order and have it ready for pickup in 15 minutes. We were relieved and grateful…
…until she called back minutes later saying her manager refused to replace it and that I should “take it up with DoorDash.”
Important note again: I did not order through DoorDash. Mountain Mike’s chose to use DoorDash to deliver, that’s between them, not me.
I was then handed to the manager, Emmett, who:
• Blamed DoorDash repeatedly
• Told me it was not their problem
• Stated he “spoke with the owner and they agree”
• Made it clear that neither he nor the owner cared to resolve it
• Told me to “get a refund from DoorDash” even though my order isn’t even in the DoorDash app
• Was dismissive and frankly antagonistic when I reminded him I am Mountain Mike’s customer, not DoorDash’s
We waited patiently over 1.5 hours past our delivery time, accepted the wrong items, forgave missing condiments, and still offered to drive to the store to pick up the remake ourselves.
Instead, we were met with:
❌ Zero accountability
❌ No customer service
❌ Blame-shifting
❌ Rude management
❌ Cold food that clearly sat out
They refused to replace the food, we never asked for a refund yet Emmett keep reminding me that they were not refunding.
Over $60 worth of pizza and wings, that didn't rewarm well, what a waste.
What a disappointment, especially on a night meant for fun memories.
Do better, Keller Mountain Mike’s.

My daughter and I ordered a medium cheese pizza, honey garlic wings, and a salad bar.
The pizza was cooked to perfection. The crust had a nice crispy crunch! Plenty of cheese and sauce.
Honey garlic wings we very tasty. They had a big spicy bite to them. A little more than my 60 year old mouth could handle. So I stuck with my salad.
The salad bar had a very nice variety of toppings. Eggs, olives (black and green), artichokes, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, macaroni salad, etc.
The cashier was very sweet. We asked for recommendations on the wings. She very quickly offered her opinion. Our experience here was great, we will be back
The location was convenient. It happens to be right across the street from a miniature golf place. And plenty of parking. It would be a great date night place.
