Katie was very polite and helpful. We both stated how upset we were that the inferno sauce had gotten discontinued. She recommended the regular spicy Sauce and I’ll say it was delicious but still miss the inferno sauce. I’ve been to many Pie 5 restaurants before but I have to say that this location is very nice compared to others.

Coming to this specific pie 5 has been a weekly occurrence for me. The general manager is so friendly and always goes out of her way to make my visit the best it can be. She is so kind, is always smiling, and its evident she cares about every single customer. She knows how to run a business while making you feel valued and appreciated. The food is beyond amazing and is my favorite spot for pizza around. I cannot recommend this particular pie 5 enough and have told numerous people about my pleasant experience each and every time I come.

This is by far one of my favorite pizza spots. The general manager (D) is courteous, friendly and always asks how we are doing. She goes out of her way even for the little things. The place is very clean and the prices are fair. We've recommended this place to my in-laws and multiple friends. I think many could learn a few things on how she runs the store!
This location has the worst service. The people make you feel unwelcomed and like a burden they have to fix a pizza. I can overlook a lot of nonverbal behavior so I went on to order. I told the girl the pizza I wanted. I’ve ordered it many times before (on cauliflower crust) with no issues. At the register they always ask if I want red peppers or magic dust. This time they didn’t so I told them I just wanted the magic dust. After waiting 15 minutes, I get my pizza and go to my car. I took a bite and realized it’s covered in red peppers. My mouth is on fire..yes I don’t tolerate spice well! I took it in and explained that I didn’t want pepper on it. The girl says it comes that way. I explained I couldn’t eat it and asked if they could remake it. The girl storms off and I asked if there was a problem because I’m clueless why she is so angry. The manager says yes there is. We will need to charge you for the crust. I told her don’t worry about it just give me a refund. I then ask for their corporate number and she gave me her card with her number. I called another location and unfortunately due to them being franchise there is no upper management. $17 for an individual pizza is a lot and then they wanted to charge another $4 to remake it.
