I ordered online so that the pizza would be at least started by the time I got there, but instead when I got there, no one had been working on it and the staff were just standing around talking. they told me it would be an additional 10 minutes until my pizza was ready. The pizza itself was delicious. The staff was nice, but they clearly did not start the pizza ahead of time, which was frustrating.
Where else can one walk in, and staff know you by name, and know what some of your favorites are? From the GM, to all staff, they treat everyone like family and friends.
