Food was pretty good. Chicken fries were pretty tasty and chicken sandwich was solid. Service was abysmal. Made to feel like I was a burden.

Okay we drove to multiple popeyes places and none of them had readily available chicken. One after waiting for a couple minutes had chicken but they were almost burnt and very small. Then they were out of mac n cheese. We even asked for a simple medium sweet tea with light ice and they couldn't do that( -｀Д´) come on. Seriously

I’m disappointed in this Popeyes location. They literally mess my order up every single time I go there. Why would they give 2 chicken wings that were literally harder than a rock. My order was missing biscuits. They gave me an extra side of mashed potatoes to mask the fact they didn’t give me biscuits. And not to mention the chicken was not fresh nor would I call them chicken strips more like chicken nuggets. I feel like I was robbed like I love Popeyes chicken but this location always seems to screw it up. Only thing consistent with this Popeyes is in fact that they’ll ruin your order every single time . Stay away and go for another location.

We gave three stars because order was wrong. We went through the drive thru around 10pm. The first combo meal and chicken dippers were correct. The second combo meal had white meat instead of dark meat and coke instead of sweet tea but sides were correct. We usually don't have a problem here.

it’s depressing and we were waiting for someone to take our order. the lady that seemed to be the manager was on the phone. she just ignored us. not going to this establishment again. The one in Katy, Texas on Kingsland is for sure the best one.

I went on Sunday and there new people that I had to tell them my order 3 times. They didn't know how to put my order in. The chicken was way over done and and burnt & dry. There was no skin on the top of my spicy chicken breast and it was a very Dark brown. I've been eating at this store for 11 years and it's always been delicious. Get the sweet little guy back that cooks. I wish I had taken a photo!

My bf just left they close at 12 but had all of the lights turned off to appear to be closed.He asked them why were all of the lights off she replied that they close at 12 which was 2 hrs away it’s now 10:25 he pulled up about 10:05 pm

This place has terrible customer service. It's business hours and their doors are locked and I don't like sitting with my car idling for 15 to 20 minutes while I wait for food that should only take about 5 minutes to make.

I hadn’t been in ages as I’d hoped the food had improved. Service was fine but the biscuit was rock hard and the chicken had been under the lamp far too long.
Just like the majority of the Popeyes locations in the area, they are disorganized and do not understand what it means to move with a purpose

We came in for lunch. Priscilla served us. She was so friendly and welcoming. The food was hot and fresh and tasted good. Randi was in the lobby and brought us extra napkins. Overall experience was 110% percent.
