We just left this Popeyes. They took 10 mins to take our order & were out of Wings. Yet, the cook was cooking & eating Wings.... You can't make this up... So we left.

The WORST Popeyes location. My dumb self should have looked at the reviews before choosing this one. I ordered on the app, got to the drive thru to get my order and was told they didn't have fries. The guy gave me the option of substituting or a refund but the refund I have to do online. Then he proceeded to rudely rush me and told me to hurry up and make a decision because I was holding up the line when I was the only car in the drive thru. In the process of going to a different location just to the get the fries I looked in the bag and saw they only gave HALF of order. Now I'm super pissed cause I have to drive back to this location to get the 6 other items they left out and 4 of the items were dipping sauces. He had the nerve to ask me exactly how many sauces were on the order like bruh just give me the damn sauce after you effed up my order, now you want to be petty and give me the exact amount of sauces đ maybe you should have given me exactly what I ordered in the first place. Best believe I contacted corporate after this. Unbelievable. The worst service I've ever had. How is location even still allowed to operate??? Trust me and the other 1 star reviews and drive a little farther or go anywhere BUT this Main Street location.

You'll notice 0 Stars simply due to the fact that my husband has been wanting to try the over advertised flounder fish sandwich and this seems to be the closest location which is a 15 drive, after reading the reviews,no way are we going to make the drive to this establishment for which seems to be in need of an overhaul or perhaps just closed,if they can't get the order correct and mis advertise the hours of operation but more importantly the same ole reply to Everyone's reviews, well they're are plenty of other options for dinning out with our hard earned income, exactly why I read the reviews and I strongly advise people do the same,how sad that customer service and satisfaction has been Lost.

The service was horrible the manager had a nasty attitude she told me cause the chicken I asked for was spicy and the leg was tiny short like a lollipop and old it was hard I didnât bite but I touched it she said next donât touch it I paid for it I was finna eat the food why would I not touch something Iâm paid for but the she had displayed her rude attitude by speaking in Spanish saying plenty of thing and the coworker were looking at me like letting me know she talking bout me i didnât get her name but she short Hispanic with tattoos and she older and she didnât want give me a biscuit with my comb but she said it didnât come with it but you had it on there early I donât understand why it was in the box to begin with and my bottle of water wasnât cool like not coming back at all.

Ordered 50 dollars worth of their food came cold the order was like half missing went back to get my order redone the manager refused to re do my order. After continuously arguing with customer service they only agreed to replace my sides and give me the ranch i ordered( which they never had in there in the first place). I had no choice but to eat their crappy cold chicken which wasnât even chicken to be honest felt like i was chewing on rubber. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL SERVE YOU COLD FOOD AND MISS HALF YOUR ORDER.

If I had the option I would give no stars. The food was cold and the chicken was rock hard and seemed old the sides and dipping sauces were missing the manger was rude and should be fired for the way she deals with customers. I will not be ordering from this place again.

These employees do not gaf. I came through drive thru (only person in line) and got 2 combos. Asked me to park for the shrimp which I get. 10-15 minutes later after being parked I go inside and ask and the counter lady has no idea but the drive thru girl just nods her head at me and proceeds to make my order which HADNT EVEN BEEN STARTED!!! If I never came inside I would still be sitting waiting.

absolute joke of a location. if i owned this Popeyes, id be PISSED. tried going tonight, the lobby was closed with the doors locked. was told theyâre only taking DoorDash orders. yâall close at 11pm and itâs 8:30pm. this location NEEDS better night management or something bc thatâs ridiculous
