so frustrated with sonic. first, I order a number 1 with bacon. the lady asked "ketchup, mayo or mustard" i say, "just mayo". we get home and there is literally nothing on my burger except meat, cheese, bacon, & mayo. 🤦♀️ second, we ordered fries & tots, both were cold. our carhop also didn't ask us if we wanted any condiments and she didn't give us any straws for our drinks. definitely wont be coming back.
Not the first time as this is probably the 5-6 time they totally screwed up order. Thus time didn't give the fries we ordered and there was barely any chili on the 2 chili dogs I ordered. Total disappointed. Will find a new Sonic if we ever even order from Sonic again!
Fries were cold and you could tell that the hamburger had been sitting on the grill for awhile; the only thing hot was the cheese they melted on the stale burger. Only good cold item was the coke ���
